One of the best stays, if not the best stay I’ve ever had at a hotel. I’ve stayed at: The Gems Mining Villas. The Brighton Grand Hotel. The Arbour Hotel and Residence. The Mangrove Prestige Hotel. Yes, they’re larger and have more facilities if you’re a family or looking for ultra-luxury but if you want a solo stay at a great price? Then I recommend this place, this place is incredible with amazing staff and I mean genuinely AMAZING. They could not do enough to help me, there was a tiny mistake with my room and they upgraded me and changed my room instantly, plus gave me extra free coupons for drinks and FREE breakfast, every day as an apology. The breakfast was delicious and varied and the welcome snack and drink were a nice touch. The hotel smelled great throughout, was so clean and well put together and it’s in a great location, surprisingly quiet for being in the central part of the city. The swimming pool isn’t large or fancy but it’s enough to get a little exercise in or relax by and you can order food and drink poolside via a little phone. I didn’t use the gym but it was really modern and clean and it had everything you need to get a decent workout in but my favourite part was the room. I got the Grand Deluxe King room and it had a balcony (With an ash tray attached to a metal post, if you’re a smoker), it had a beautiful bathroom with a bathtub and a rain shower. The bed was an actual King size, not two singles put together, it had a Chaise Longue, a great TV, a fridge, hob/stove, microwave, fridge and washing machine included. A cupboard with lots of hangers and a personal safe for your high value belongings. A set of 2 drawers hidden inside and actual Slider-style rubber room slippers! One large set (I have UK size 11 feet and they fit me great) and one small set. I needed washing detergent for clothes, they sent me expensive washing pods and softener. I needed an ironing board and iron, they sent me one up.

The hotel is well maintained and very well organized. The staff is helpful and well-informed, too. The location is ideal for a peaceful stay. Quiet neighbourhood but walking distance to the beach. The Central Pattaya road is only 200 metres away, and there is a 7-11, too, at that corner. The room had a kitchenette with a cooktop, microwave, fridge, and a washing machine too. The basic cutlery were there, and you could ask for utensils to cook if required. The bathroom had a shower area and a bathtub, too. The gym is small but useful. The pool is a salt water pool. It is clean and is open till 10PM, ideal for a swim after an evening at the beach. There is a restaurant in the hotel, a really good one. Till date, this is the best 4-star hotel we have stayed in. We will definitely stay there again whenever we are in Pattaya.

staffs amazing, food excellent and lots of different food .The Chef and his staff were the best . you ask what you want and he will deliver, Room clean by SA on the 8 floor Very nice lady. alwaystook her shoes off when she came in. She took care of us with special gifts.Bed and sheets was comfy. . we asked for an extra chair for the balcony and it was deliver in 2 minutes Beautiful gym with AC also cooler water to refill, Beautiful Sauna and bathroom at the pool and very clean. We used the stairs often and never saw dirty stairs. I will give a 5 stars and I diffently coming back .

The Aster hotel and residence is a great place, my room was very spacious and very well set out,the bed was extremely comfortable and the room had a kitchenette as well. The shower was always hot and bathroom had a bath. The staff were so kind and considerate always smiling and happy. I even received a basket of fruit from a friendly staff member which was a lovely gesture indeed. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a very comfortable hotel not to look any further than the Aster Hotel and Residence, thank you for looking after me. 🙏

Shops and local bars nearby. (Avoid the Cuban Habana, no price list and rip off) the rest normal priced and a continent 7-11 just down the road with basics. Good choice to indeed.
